Natalie Bell is an inspirational leader in the mindfulness and self- compassion movement with over 30 years of personal practice. She brings authenticity and a passionate, embodied presence to her work that allows you to tap into your own natural resources for calm, clarity, and greater self-acceptance.

Natalie is the Associate Executive Director for the global Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, and is a mindfulness teacher for UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center. She developed the Fierce Self-Compassion for Leaders program to build an inner voice of strength and compassion to help you through any obstacle. Her work distills complex challenges into workable practices that will have you inspired, touched, transformed and laughing!
