In this talk, Birgit will walk you through the various pieces that form the future full-site editing experience in WordPress: Template and Template parts, Theme Blocks, Block themes, Theme.json and Global Styles. In a short demo of the site editor, Birgit will show you how all the pieces fit together.

- how to get started experimenting with the Site Editor,

Meet Birgit Pauli-Haack
Birgit Pauli-Haack is a WordPress developer advocate, sponsored by Automattic. She is the curator at Gutenberg Times and co-host Gutenberg Changelog podcast together with Grzegorz (Greg) Ziolkowski.
Before working for Automattic, Birgit ran her agency for almost 20 years. Her team built online solutions for small business, nonprofit organizations and artists with WordPress.
