Productivity Principles for WordPress Project Success
Managing projects is a difficult undertaking for those of us who do WordPress client work. In this webinar, project management pro Beth Livingston will share 6 principles that can guide your projects to success.
Originally developed for software development in the late 90’s, these principles changed her life and were the reason the creator, John Keane (founder of Keane, Inc, now NTT Data), was able to receive multiple industry awards for outstanding project delivery.
And why WAS that? Because they WORK!
These productivity principles are common sense principles you “know” you need to follow but probably don’t. Modified now to apply to web development, specifically WordPress web development, these principles, when applied correctly to your projects, can address most, if not ALL, of the project management issues with which you may be struggling.
