A Proven Plan for Outsourcing: How to Make More Time and More Money
Dave Braun and Mickey Trivett
Running a web design business is hard, but it can be REALLY hard when you’re doing everything yourself. Have you considered outsourcing? Or tried it yet found it’s more hassle than it’s worth? Or heard the horror stories? In this webinar, experienced outsourcers Dave Braun and Mickey Trivett will share their practical experience in how to manage outsourcing to overseas developers.
You’ll discover key principles on how to do it right from the start, learned through years of experience hiring (and firing) outsourcers, and how it can transform your business and your life, giving you immense freedom with your time and energy. Oh, and at a fraction of the cost of what you might think.
You’ll get vital tips, tools, and best practices needed to grow your business, and how to allow yourself to really own a business where it’s not dependent upon you 24/7. You’ll see how you can own your business, instead of it owning you.
